Painter, sculptor and ceramist Guido Gambone, born in Montella, the province of Avellino, on June 27, 1909, he moved to Vietri very young with his parents and after his gymnasial studies he began his relationship with ceramics, working at the ′′ Avallone ′′ manufacturing, owned by Don Ciccio Avallone, first as an apprentice, then as a painter and then a chief painter, and completing his training at the ′′ M.A.C.S." (Artistic Artistic Salernitana Ceramic Manufacturing) owned, like the ′′ I.C.S.."
